The
SMGL/MGL Series is a low speed granulator
(22 RPM) that "cuts"
the material rather than grinds it.
Designed for sprue runners for beside
the press applications (ideally fed
by sprue picker or robot)
Screen-less design, sprues are broken
down by Crushing Cutter, smaller pieces
then trapped between Rotating Cutter
and the Bed Cutter. The smaller pieces
are then cut into a uniformed pellet
size and fall into a discharge bin.
